Dear Friends and Family,
I am excited to be raising funds to install a rainwater harvesting system at a school in Ofakim in the Negev. The students there will learn how to manage this system to capture and use rainwater for the school's basic, non-drinking purposes, and about using limited water resources responsibly. This program will also teach the students about Israel’s world leadership in water conservation innovations, and how Israel shares this knowledge as a means of positive engagement with other countries.
